Rooted Wealth Advisors and University of Illinois entered into an agreement wherein Rooted Wealth Advisors is the recipient of certain sponsorship rights, including use of the designations “Proud Sponsor of University of Illinois” other University of Illinois trademarks for use in Rooted Wealth Advisors advertising. In connection therewith Rooted Wealth Advisors may also receive other benefits, including advertising placements on University of Illinois websites, advertisements at University of Illinois events, and promotional events at University of Illinois events. As consideration for this arrangement and the aforementioned benefits, Rooted Wealth Advisors is obligated to pay FIGHTING ILLINI SPORTS PROPERTIES, LLC, per the terms of such arrangement, a fee until the end of 2027. This fee will be $13,125.00 per month, increasing to $13,750.00 per month in 2026 and 2027 respectively.
